Scout Gutter Solutions is growing quickly, and we have a constant flow of marketing ideas, content opportunities, operational tasks, and projects that need to be turned into reality.

Right now the bottleneck isn’t ideas, it’s execution.

We’re looking for someone who knows their way around content creation and social media, is organized, comfortable with technology, and enjoys taking things from idea to finished.

If you’re the type of person who likes creating content, figuring things out, staying organized, and making things happen, this role will probably feel very natural to you.

About the Role

This role works directly with the owners and is a mix of content creation, marketing execution, and executive/administrative support.

• About 60% of the role focuses on content and marketing execution.
• About 40% involves helping take administrative and operational tasks off Darren and Marta’s plate so he can stay focused on growing the business.

Think of it as part content creator, part right-hand person.

Every day will look a little different, which makes the job interesting.

Some days you’ll be filming and editing content. Other days you’ll be posting, organizing campaigns, following up on something, researching an idea, updating a spreadsheet, or helping keep projects moving.

You don’t need to be a marketing strategist or an experienced executive assistant.

But you should know your way around tools like CapCut, Canva, Google Workspace, or similar software and be comfortable learning new technology.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Film short-form video content
• Edit videos and create social media content
• Post and manage social media accounts
• Help turn ideas into finished marketing pieces
• Capture photos and video from job sites
• Help coordinate promotions and campaigns
• Assist with customer communication and follow-ups
• Organize information, documents, spreadsheets and projects
• Research things and find answers
• Help with scheduling, reminders and follow-ups
• Keep track of tasks and make sure things don't fall through the cracks
• Help remove administrative tasks from Darren and Marta’s plate so the business can move faster

We move quickly, and ideas often turn into action the same day.

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
