Are you a photographer looking for consistent weekday work?

If you’re a photographer looking to supplement your weekend gigs with steady, recurring weekly assignments, this could be a great fit for you!

Car Shot is looking for a part-time contracted photographer to join our team for 1–2 days per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays currently).

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants reliable, ongoing work while maintaining the flexibility of a contract position.

Job Duties:

  • Travelling to and from automotive dealerships: Orangeville/Bolton/Brampton/Mississauga with potential for additional area coverage
  • Capturing multiple high quality images for each vehicle with the correct - Exposure, Angles, and Composition (you will be trained for a specific process unique to our company)
  • Upload photo images same day to cloud-based storage for our editing team to process
  • Communicating daily numbers to head office

Requirements (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING):

  • *Must own a modern mirrorless professional camera with a 24-100 or greater full frame equivalent lens.*
  • Must be set up as an independent contractor currently (or willing to set up).
  • Must be located in Brampton or Mississauga areas (or very nearby).
  • Must have required photographer insurance.
  • Must be able to operate a manual transmission vehicle.
  • Valid drivers licence with an excellent driving record.
  • Have your own motorized vehicle.
  • Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.
  • Capable of extended periods of standing, walking and getting in and out of vehicles.
  • Must be available every week for scheduled days.
  • Must have attention to detail.

Skills of the trade:

  • You are great at parking and driving in parking lots
  • You have an understanding of photography and pride yourself on your photography skills
  • Have an eye for good composition & symmetry
  • You are good with building & managing relationships with our dealership teams

Considered applicants will be asked to complete a brief in-person practical test.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $100.00-$350.00 per week
