Job Summary

We are excited to announce an opening for a dynamic and detail-oriented Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) Technician. In this role, you will specialize in restoring vehicles by expertly removing dents and dings without damaging the original paint finish. Your mechanical aptitude, hands-on skills, and passion for automotive repair will drive your success as you help clients regain the pristine condition of their vehicles efficiently and professionally. This is a paid position that offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills within a fast-paced, energetic environment dedicated to excellence.

Duties

  • Utilize specialized hand tools and power tools to carefully manipulate vehicle panels and eliminate dents without harming the paintwork
  • Assess vehicle damage to determine the most effective PDR techniques for each repair
  • Work with dealership teams, auto body shops, or directly with customers to deliver high-quality results
  • Perform heavy lifting of vehicle parts or panels safely to access dented areas
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools are properly stored and calibrated
  • Follow safety protocols diligently while handling mechanical equipment and heavy components
  • Document repair processes and communicate progress clearly with team members or clients

Requirements

  • Prior experience in auto settings or automotive repair shops is highly preferred
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity using hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to work with automotive panels and understand vehicle structures
  • Mechanic experience or background in automotive repair is advantageous
  • Ability to perform precise work while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and extended periods of standing or working in awkward positions
  • Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering top-tier results
