Responsibilities:

  • Photograph portraits of children and adults, both individuals and groups.
  • Organization to ensure each photo day runs smoothly.
  • Setup and tear down personal professional photography studio.
  • Handle day to day customer service related questions and situations.
  • More importantly, ensure each staff member and student has a great experience on photo day.

Qualifications:

  • No photography experience required - We provide full training!
  • Strong customer service and organization skills.
  • Ability to adjust to last minute changes.
  • Experience working with children and working in retail/customer service is an asset.
  • Required to have a reliable car.
  • Required to have a G2 drivers license (minimum).
  • Successful pass of a Vulnerable Sector Check.
  • Ability to lift 25-45 pounds of equipment.
  • Ability to work 5 days a week during school hours (anytime between 7:00am-5:00pm)
  • MUST be able to obtain vulnerable sector check from local Police Services at own expense.
  • MUST have access to unlimited high-speed internet at home to submit completed photoshoot images via secure FTP

What To Expect:

  • Paid training & job site mentoring.
  • Employment runs from late-August until the end of November unless selected for future opportunities.
  • Equipment is issued to each employee for the duration of their contract.
  • Continuing contracts are available for top performers.
  • Travel to a new school every day within the Halton Area.
  • Paid for every kilometre travelled.
  • $19.50 - $20.50 an hour PLUS $0.35/km travelled to and from shoots.
  • Expected to work 3 to 5 days a week through the duration of their contract and be available for shifts scheduled between 7am-5pm.
  • Working in a fun environment surrounded by outgoing coworkers, such as yourself.
  • Two uniform shirts provided upon successful completion of training.
