In-House Videographer & Content Creator

We’re growing our team and are looking for a highly creative, experienced, and professional Videographer & Content Creator to join our Media Group.

This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week role for the right candidate.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment and is confident taking creative ownership from concept to final delivery. You’ll play a key role in elevating our client projects and internal productions by producing high-quality video content that aligns with our luxury brand standards.

We’re looking for someone who understands luxury lifestyle storytelling while also having a strong pulse on today’s social media trends. You should know how to create polished, premium content while producing engaging, eye-catching Reels and short-form videos that capture attention, feel current, and perform across social platforms.

The ideal candidate is proactive, efficient, collaborative, and capable of working independently with minimal direction. They should confidently take creative lead on set, direct talent, develop concepts on the fly, adapt to changing environments, and execute compelling content with creativity and confidence.

Photography experience is considered a strong asset but is not required.

Please Note: A valid driver’s licence and reliable, insured vehicle are required. Applicants must have professional videography experience and own their own equipment. Extensive knowledge of professional camera gear is expected (Sony A7S IV or equivalent, lens kit, lighting, gimbal/stabilizer, and professional audio recording equipment).

Responsibilities

• Film and edit high-quality video content for promotional campaigns, interviews, events, social media, branded content, and editorial features.
• Take creative lead during productions by directing talent, building confidence on set, and ensuring the creative vision is executed.
• Develop creative concepts and shot ideas on the spot while adapting quickly to changing shoot environments.
• Create luxury lifestyle content while producing fun, engaging, and trend-driven Reels that are designed to capture attention and perform well on social media.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts, shot lists, and creative direction.
• Operate and maintain professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Manage all aspects of post-production, including editing, colour correction, sound design, motion graphics, and final delivery.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand standards, campaign objectives, and client expectations.
• Stay current with industry trends, editing styles, platform updates, and emerging production techniques.
• Travel to various shoot locations and attend occasional evening and weekend events.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience in videography and video editing.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating luxury lifestyle, commercial, editorial, event, or branded content.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, and similar editing software.
• Strong understanding of cinematography, lighting, composition, camera movement, and audio recording.
• Experience directing on-camera talent and making creative decisions independently during productions.
• Strong understanding of current social media trends, particularly Instagram Reels and short-form video content.
• Photography experience is an asset but not required.
• Ability to take initiative, solve problems creatively, and produce exceptional content with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a creative team.
• A positive attitude, professionalism, and a passion for creating premium visual content.
