Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Product Photographer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing and editing high-volume, high-quality images of our products. This is a hands-on role requiring a keen eye for detail, where you will manage the entire photography workflow—from setting up complex studio lighting for reflective surfaces to shooting, editing, and managing digital files on the fly.

This role is strictly focused on product and e-commerce photography. Experience with shooting products is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Studio Photography: Execute high-volume e-commerce and product shoots for a wide range of high-end wines and spirits. As well, Set up and manipulate studio strobe and flash equipment to accurately capture product details while managing reflections on glass,foil, etc.
• Editing Proficiency: Maintain an efficient workflow by shooting and editing simultaneously using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop to meet daily output goals.
• Asset Management: Maintain a highly organized digital filing system, ensuring all raw and finalized assets are properly named, categorized, and backed up.
• Performance Targets: Consistently meet daily and weekly production goals, keeping pace with the established photography team matrix and output standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and inventory teams, maintaining flexibility and a "team-first" attitude during peak seasons and crunch times.
• Marketing & Creative Content: Contribute ideas and assist with creative, styled shots for marketing campaigns and social media alongside daily e-commerce production.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of dedicated experience in E-commerce or Product Photography (experience with high-volume production is a major plus).
• Portfolio: A proven, professional portfolio showcasing e-commerce and product photography. A portfolio showcasing product photography is required for consideration.
• Software Proficiency: Advanced technical proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop for rapid, high-quality editing.
• Gear & Lighting: Proven experience with studio strobe/flash photography. Familiarity and comfort shooting with Canon gear is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.
• Professional, mature, and highly dependable demeanor
• Self-starter with high energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to work with some supervision
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and strict attention to detail
• Physical ability to lift up to 42 lbs when required and work on your feet
• Safety-minded approach to physical tasks and warehouse duties
• Knowledge of wine is considered an asset, though it is not required
