The impact you'll make:

We are looking for an execution-focused, highly organized In-House Creative Producer to anchor our internal creative engine. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative vision and making that vision real. You will manage end-to-end production for our commercial landscape —ranging from full-up campaign shoots (stills and motion) high-velocity paid social ads (Meta, TikTok) to premium website photography and email marketing assets.

You are a swiss army knife with an entrepreneurial mindset and can work well under pressure with challenged budgets, making a little go a long way.
You are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where a creative asset might be conceptualized on Monday, shot on Wednesday, and live-tested by Friday.

All Saje Team Members are responsible for contributing to Saje’s culture and maintaining a positive environment for themselves and their peers.

What you'll do:

• End-to-End Campaign Production: Scope, budget, schedule, and execute photo and video shoots for paid media, web merchandising, and product launches from pre-production through final delivery.
• Vendor & Talent Management: Source, vet, and book local Toronto freelance talent (videographers, editors, stylists, models, and creators).
• Production Asset & Sample Coordination: Review the go-to-market calendar to strategically manage, track, and organize product samples and wardrobe inventory required for upcoming studio and location shoots.
• Post-Production Oversight: Ensure final assets are organized, reviewed for quality and accuracy of content, properly formatted for different aspect ratios, and delivered on schedule.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Growth Marketing, Brand, and E-commerce leads to translate performance data into actionable shoot lists and direct-response creative adjustments.
• Management & inherent knowledge of full content library: Ensure our library is up to date, tagged and leveraged as best as possible to move fast and inform freelancers, vendors etc.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on producing experience, ideally within an in-house DTC brand, digital ad agency, or fast-scaling e-commerce environment.
• Mindset: A self-starter with extreme attention to detail, a strong sense of ownership, and a calm-under-pressure approach to rapid shifts in strategy.
• Production Logistics: Proven ability to manage small-to-mid-sized budgets, coordinate inventory for shoots, build call sheets, negotiate usage rights, and keep teams focused on set.
• Local Network: You have strong ties to the GTA creative community (freelancers, studios, rental houses, talent agencies) and a large network that you can either use to build bespoke solutions for the job at hand, or relationships with production companies to build a roster for Saje.
• Tech-Stack Literacy: Comfort utilizing project management platforms (Asana), familiarity with a variety of design tools (Figma, Artlist, etc), AI tools, and general understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite workflow.
• Tech Agility: A forward-thinking mindset toward emerging technology. You actively explore and integrate AI tools (e.g., for asset versioning, automated transcription, or workflow automation) to scale production output and streamline repetitive tasks.

The compensation range on average for this position is from $70,000 - 80,000 annually. Base pay is dependent on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
