Status: Summer Term (Up to 2 Months)

Your Role:
  • Assist with print, copy, and document production requests.
  • Process instructions accurately for printing.
  • Operate digital printers, copiers, laminators, binding machines, cutters, and other print shop equipment.
  • Monitor print quality ensure finished products meet department and customer specifications.
  • Perform finishing tasks such as binding, laminating, folding, trimming, and packaging.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet customer deadlines.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Desired Skills & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and assignments
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Additional Qualifications Considered Assets
  • Experience in a print shop, copy centre, sign shop, or related environment
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software
  • Familiarity with large format printing and graphic production
