Windshield Surgeons Auto Glass is one of Alberta’s leading auto glass providers, servicing over 80,000 vehicles each year. We’re expanding and looking for a motivated, goal-driven Service Advisor to join our Edmonton team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet and assist both retail and business customers in-store and over the phone
  • Provide expert recommendations on services and products
  • Generate and follow up on sales leads and referrals
  • Upsell value-added services (such as rock chip repair or premium upgrades)
  • Assist with general shop operations, billing, and scheduling
  • Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience from start to finish

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous sales and customer service experience (automotive or service industry is a plus)
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, outgoing attitude
  • A valid Canadian Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract
  • Comfortable driving both automatic and standard vehicles (preferred)
  • Physically able to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Proficient with basic computer tasks (Microsoft Office, typing, learning new systems)
