Mobile Emergency Vehicle Technician
Rocky Mountain Phoenix Inc.
Rocky Mountain Phoenix Inc. is Western Canada’s leading supplier of emergency vehicles, equipment, and service solutions. We are currently looking for a Mobile Emergency Vehicle Technician to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on mechanical work, troubleshooting complex equipment, and traveling to support emergency service organizations.

What You’ll Do
- Inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain fire trucks and emergency response equipment
- Travel to customer locations to perform service and repairs
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools
- Repair or replace defective components
- Perform preventative maintenance on pumps, transfer cases, and electrical systems
- Test and calibrate equipment according to NFPA standards and manufacturer specifications
- Complete service documentation including work orders, repair reports, and estimates
- Communicate with customers about repairs and equipment condition
- Provide recommendations for future maintenance
What We’re Looking For
Training is provided; however, candidates with a mechanical background is an preferred.
Additional requirements:
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with Q endorsement
- Clean Driver’s Abstract
- Ability to travel frequently
- Ability to travel to the United States for manufacturer training
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
Compensation
$60,000 – $65,000 per year
