Le poste
Le représentant des ventes pharmaceutiques est responsable de la promotion et de la vente des produits de l’entreprise auprès des pharmaciens et autres professionnels de la santé, des établissements et des distributeurs situés sur le territoire de Québec, Beauce, Bas du fleuve et Saguenay. Il agit à titre d’ambassadeur de la marque, tout en assurant la satisfaction et la fidélisation des clients, dans le respect des objectifs commerciaux fixés par la direction.

Responsabilités principales

  • Promouvoir les produits pharmaceutiques auprès des pharmaciens et autres professionnels de la santé (médecins, hôpitaux, cliniques, etc.).
  • Gérer et développer un portefeuille de clients dans les régions de Québec, Beauce, Bas du fleuve et Saguenay.
  • Atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de vente établis.
  • Organiser et animer des présentations, formations et activités promotionnelles.
  • Identifier de nouvelles opportunités d’affaires et assurer la veille concurrentielle du marché.
  • Rédiger des rapports d’activités, de visites et de ventes dans le CRM.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les départements marketing, service à la clientèle et logistique.
  • Maintenir un haut niveau de connaissance des produits et de l’environnement réglementaire.

Compétences et aptitudes recherchées

  • Diplôme universitaire en sciences, pharmacie, administration ou marketing.
  • Expérience :3 à 5 ans d’expérience en vente pharmaceutique ou médicale au Québec.
  • Bonne connaissance du marché pharmaceutique québécois et des exigences réglementaires locales.
  • Maîtrise des outils CRM et de la suite Microsoft Office.
  • Bilinguisme (français et anglais) requis.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en présentation.
  • Fortes habiletés relationnelles et sens du service client.
  • Autonomie, discipline et orientation vers les résultats.
  • Capacité à gérer efficacement un grand territoire et à planifier les visites clients.
  • Attitude professionnelle, motivation et sens de la performance.

Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (Québec, Beauce, Bas-du-Fleuve, and Saguenay)

The position
The pharmaceutical sales representative is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products to pharmacists and other healthcare professionals, healthcare facilities, and distributors located in the Québec, Beauce, Bas-du-Fleuve, and Saguenay regions.
The incumbent acts as a brand ambassador while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty, in alignment with the business objectives established by management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote pharmaceutical products to pharmacists and other healthcare professionals (physicians, hospitals, clinics, etc.).
  • Manage and develop a client portfolio in the Québec, Beauce, Bas-du-Fleuve, and Saguenay regions.
  • Achieve and exceed established sales targets.
  • Organize and deliver product presentations, training sessions, and promotional activities.
  • Identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends and competitive activities.
  • Prepare activity, visit, and sales reports in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Customer Service, and Logistics teams.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding products and the regulatory environment.

Required Qualifications and Competencies

  • University degree in Science, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or Marketing.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales within Québec.
  • Strong knowledge of the Québec pharmaceutical market and local regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written, is required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven.
  • Ability to effectively manage a large territory and plan customer visits.
  • Professional attitude, strong motivation, and performance-oriented mindset.
