Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and organized veterinary assistant to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will assist in most aspects of the clinic.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism upon arrival.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for veterinary care.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries regarding services, procedures, and pet care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and manage billing processes efficiently.
  • Assist veterinarians and technicians with the care of patients.
  • Ensure all areas of the clinic are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Provide clients with information on pet health care products and services offered by the clinic.
  • Handle client concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Education in the veterinary industry or related fields is a plus.
  • Experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care environment is required.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards clients and pets alike.
  • Proficiency in using office equipment and software; experience with veterinary management software (Ezyvet) is advantageous.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A genuine love for animals and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
