Full job description

We Are Hiring!

White Eagle Lodge Ltd. is currently looking for a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Female Caregiver / Health Care Aide to support a client near Whyte Ave. Edmonton

Filipino applicants are preferred due to client preference and cultural compatibility.

Location: near Whyte Ave. Edmonton

Female Client with Dementia
Schedule

  • Daily (7 days per week)
  • Morning Shift: 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM
  • Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Hours

  • Morning Shift: 2–2.5 hours
  • Afternoon Shift: 2 hours
  • Total: Approximately 4.5 hours per day
  • Approximately 31.5 hours per week

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Personal care assistance
  • Bathing and hygiene assistance
  • Meal preparation
  • Light housekeeping
  • Medication reminders
  • Companionship and support
  • Mobility assistance (if needed)

Qualifications

  • Caregiving or Health Care Aide experience preferred
  • Compassionate, patient, and dependable
  • Able to travel to assigned client locations
  • Good communication skills
  • Female applicants preferred

Requirements

Applicants must be prepared to provide the following:

  • Current Criminal Record Check / Police Clearance
  • Valid government-issued photo ID and proof of legal eligibility to work in Canada
  • Relevant caregiving certifications, training, or work experience (preferred)
  • Valid First Aid Certification (must be current and not expired)
