Full job description

We are looking for someone who will handle cashier, front line, serve food and do cleaning. Job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Welcome guests when they arrive and thanking them when they leave;
  • Making menu suggestions based on preferences of the guest;
  • Inputting orders into the POS system;
  • Processing payment (cash, debit, credit)
  • Assemble plates and orders for customers.
  • Maintaining high standard of cleanliness throughout the bistro.
  • Assists in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed.
  • Portion, arrange according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications.
  • Cook food according to recipes or personal judgment and experience
  • Must speak English, Armenian, Ukrainian and Russian.
  • 3 years of relevant experience.
