YWCA Toronto has partnered up with our employer partner for this exciting opportunity– and you don’t want to miss it!

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Call Centre Supervisor to support our Canadian operations with Service ON. The successful candidate will oversee daily call centre activities, support team performance, and ensure high-quality customer service delivery.

This role includes coaching team members, monitoring quality assurance (QA/QC), and handling escalations through group chats, follow-ups, and call-backs. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support call centre agents in daily operations
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and performance guidance
  • Conduct QA/QC reviews to ensure service standards are met
  • Manage group chats, follow-ups, and customer call-backs
  • Assist with training and onboarding of new staff
  • Support operational goals and team productivity

Requirements

  • Previous call centre experience is required
  • 1–2 years of supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong communication and coaching skills
  • Basic to intermediate Excel skills
  • Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow into a leadership role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

  • Starting wage: $21/hour
  • Wage increase available after successful completion of 3-month probation period
