  • Physical Capability: Fully comfortable on ladders and at heights; physically capable of demanding daily prep and application.
  • Autonomy: A self-starter who executes perfectly without constant supervision.
  • Logistics: Valid driver’s license and the ability to arrive at jobsites on time, every time.
