What will you be doing

Your responsibilities include:

• Welcoming every guest with a friendly, positive, and professional attitude
• Taking customer orders accurately while providing knowledgeable recommendations on our menu
• Preparing food and beverages to company recipes and quality standards
• Hand-rolling, preparing, assembling, and packaging products with care and attention to detail
• Operating the Point of Sale (POS) system while processing cash, debit, credit, and gift card transactions accurately
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen stations, and washrooms
• Restocking products, ingredients, and supplies to ensure smooth operations throughout the day
• Following all food safety, sanitation, and health and safety procedures
• Assisting with receiving deliveries, rotating inventory, and storing products properly
• Supporting teammates during busy service periods to ensure efficient operations
• Contributing to opening, closing, and daily operational tasks as assigned
• Helping create a welcoming, team-oriented environment where everyone succeeds together

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or food service experience is considered an asset, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent is considered an asset
• Applicants must be at least 16 years of age (or the minimum legal working age applicable to the province)
• Food Handler Certification is considered an asset but not required
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; additional languages are considered an asset

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Lift and carry items weighing up to approximately 25 lbs
• Work safely around hot equipment, ovens, and kitchen environments
• Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail
• Thrive in a fast-paced restaurant setting
