Schedule

  • 8-hour shifts

Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional attitude
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Manage patient records and billing
  • Process insurance claims and payments
  • Answer phones and respond to inquiries
  • Coordinate with clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience as a dental receptionist (required)
  • Experience with dental software (Curve Hero is an asset
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly, patient-focused, and team-oriented attitude
