Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome patients in a friendly, professional manner
  • Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and patient inquiries promptly and respectfully
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring the schedule runs efficiently with minimal gaps
  • Register new patients and assist with medical/dental forms to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Educate patients about clinic procedures, services, and policies (e.g., cancellations, insurance, billing)
  • Process insurance claims, direct billing, referral letters, and patient correspondence
  • Maintain and update patient records accurately, ensuring confidentiality and privacy at all times
  • Manage recall system and support patient retention through strong follow-up and communication
  • Assist in collecting payments, processing invoices, and reducing accounts receivable balances
  • Collaborate with the dental and administrative team to ensure seamless patient care and office flow
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements for clinic operations
  • Ensure reception and waiting areas are clean, welcoming, and patient-ready at all times

Office Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Schedules will include evening or weekend shifts.
