Job Description

July training: Begins July 8 - 31, 2026

10:00am - 3:00pm daily, Mon-Fri

We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgable Insurance Broker to join our team. As an Insurance Broker, you will be responsible for analyzing the insurance market, negotiating policies, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a sales-oriented role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Duties:

- Conduct sales administration tasks, including preparing quotes, processing applications, and managing policy renewals

- Utilize relationship building techniques to generate leads and secure new clients

- Implement underwriting guidelines administered by various markets

- Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options

- Consistently achieve monthly sales quota and comply with business quality targets

- Market insurance products to potential clients through various channels

- Negotiate policy terms and conditions with insurance providers on behalf of clients

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner

- Attend required training courses

- Build a network of COI's and update marketing/sales tactics

  • Requirements:

- Proven experience in insurance

- RIBO or LLQP license (LLQP 2 years required by the MGA)

- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is highly desirable

- Strong analytical skills to assess clients' insurance needs accurately

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships

- Positive and ambitious attitude
