Full job description

Join a company with over 40 years' experience in environmental work and large-scale landscaping.

PNG Projets d'aménagements is a bilingual company that sets up operations in the Outaouais region to work on major projects. The work is mainly located in the greater Ottawa region, ON. on the OLRT-2 project.

Your main task will be:

  • Operate a mechanical shovel/excavator (15 tons and up) on a construction site.

Requirement:

  • Excavator operator training
  • Minimum 5 year of experience in operating a mechanical shovel/excavator of 15 tons and up

Skills required:

  • Operate a mechanical shovel/excavator (15 tons and up)
  • Experience in finishing work an asset
  • ASP construction card or MLC, WHMIS
  • Valid driver's license

Salary: Up to $50.00/hour, depending on experience and expertise (union or non-union).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to $50.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ottawa, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (required)

Experience:

  • shovel operation (15 tons and up): 3 years (required)
  • Excavator (15 tons and up): 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (required)
  • ASP Card, MLC, WHMIS (required)
