Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food service environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation, and working efficiently in a team setting. This role offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in the food industry, develop essential skills, and contribute to creating a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards and recipes
  • Operate POS systems,for order processing and payment handling
  • Manage cashiering duties with accuracy, including cash handling and transaction processing
  • Provide friendly and attentive customer service, addressing guest inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen areas, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety regulations
  • Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
  • Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols
  • Assist in kitchen operations as needed, supporting team members during busy periods
  • Demonstrate effective time management to ensure timely service during peak hours

Requirements

  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of food preparation, food safety standards, and sanitation practices
  • Familiarity with POS systems s
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and good communication abilities
  • Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order accuracy
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Willingness to learn new skills related to food industry operations and upselling techniques
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary
