Position: Permanent Full Time

About the Practice:

At Elements Toronto, excellence is not a goal—it is our standard.

Led by Dr. Ali Adibfar, MD, DDS, FRCS(C), FRCD(C), a double board-certified Cosmetic Plastic Surgeon and Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon with over 28 years of experience.

Our practice has built a reputation for exceptional surgical outcomes, meticulous attention to detail, and an uncompromising commitment to patient care.

Every aspect of the patient journey is intentionally designed to deliver an experience that reflects the highest standards in aesthetic medicine.

We are seeking an exceptional Patient Care Coordinator who is passionate about aesthetic medicine, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering an elevated patient experience.

Position Overview:

As the first and last point of contact for our patients, you will play an integral role in delivering an exceptional surgical experience—from the initial inquiry through recovery.

This position requires professionalism, emotional intelligence, outstanding organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate patients’ needs while ensuring every detail is executed seamlessly.

This is far more than an administrative role. It is an opportunity to become an essential part of one of Toronto’s premier cosmetic surgery practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome patients with warmth, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Coordinate consultations, surgery dates, post-operative appointments, and follow-up care.
  • Liaise with the surgeon, anesthesiologists, nursing staff, operating facilities, and patients to ensure seamless surgical planning.
  • Respond promptly to patient inquiries and maintain ongoing communication throughout the surgical journey.
  • Build genuine relationships that foster trust, patient loyalty, and referrals.
  • Process payments, financing documentation, and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Order surgical garments, surgical sets, and other required supplies, as applicable.
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail while managing multiple priorities.
  • Educate patients regarding procedures and recovery within your scope of practice.
  • Depending on your education and previous experience, provide post-operative patient care and clinical support.
  • Meet and exceed monthly consultation conversion and sales goals while maintaining a patient-first approach.

The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate is driven, dependable, and committed to excellence.

You genuinely enjoy working with people, build trust effortlessly, and take pride in delivering exceptional service.

You possess:

  • RN, RPN, or another allied health professional designation preferred.
  • Previous experience in aesthetic medicine, plastic surgery, dermatology, dentistry, or another patient-focused healthcare setting is considered an asset.
  • Experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs); experience with Nextech is considered an asset.
  • A strong interest in aesthetic medicine and a genuine desire to continuously learn and grow.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build meaningful, lasting relationships.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and organizational ability.
  • Reliability, professionalism, accountability, and sound judgment.
  • Excellent attendance and a discipline-free employment record.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English; additional languages are considered an asset.

Most importantly, we are seeking an individual with exceptional emotional intelligence, professionalism, and resilience. This is a high-performance, fast-paced environment where adaptability, sound judgment, and composure are essential. Our patients are discerning individuals with high expectations who value thoughtful communication, confidence, and exceptional service.

The successful candidate will navigate challenging conversations with empathy and tact, remain calm under pressure, and consistently demonstrate accountability, discretion, and professionalism.

Equally important is the ability to contribute positively to our close-knit team culture. We value individuals who work collaboratively, embrace continuous improvement, maintain a positive attitude, and appreciate the value of levity in fostering a supportive, respectful, and high-performing workplace.

Why Join Elements Toronto?

  • Our expectations are high because our standards are high.
  • This practice was built on a foundation of dedication, discipline, precision, and excellence. Every procedure, every interaction, and every patient experience reflects that commitment.
  • Working alongside Dr. Adibfar offers a unique opportunity to learn from a surgeon whose career has been defined by technical mastery, artistry, and an unwavering commitment to his craft. The lessons learned here extend far beyond aesthetic surgery—they shape how you approach your profession, your work ethic, and your pursuit of excellence.
  • If you are motivated and willing to invest in your professional growth, the opportunities to learn are limitless. We hire individuals who are inspired by aesthetic surgery and medicine, embrace continuous improvement, and take genuine pride in delivering exceptional patient care.

How to Apply:

  • A current resume.
  • A brief cover letter outlining why you are interested in joining Elements Toronto and why you believe you would be an excellent fit for our practice. Only applicants who include a cover letter will be considered.
  • Three professional references.

We are selective in who joins our team because exceptional patient care begins with exceptional people.
