Raise is proactively curating exceptional candidates for upcoming roles with a highly regulated, enterprise-level organization in the energy sector, supporting complex, large-scale projects.

Job Description
Raise is building a pipeline of Process Improvement professionals to support operational transformation and service optimization initiatives.
What You’ll Work On
- Analyze and map business processes to identify inefficiencies
- Develop SOPs, workflows, and documentation
- Lead Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to improve performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process improvements
- Track KPIs and performance metrics
Must-Have Skills
- Experience in process improvement, operations, or transformation
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- Experience with tools like ServiceNow
