Full job description

Inspirational, innovative and entrepreneurial – that’s how we describe our empowered teams. At MNP, you’ll combine passion with purpose and join a culture that thrives in the face of change.

As a Senior Consultant with MNP, you are a results-driven operational advisor who implements meaningful, lasting changes across heavy operations industries focusing on primarily five industries: Service Operational Businesses, Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Construction, Warehousing & Distribution. While demonstrated depth in one or more of these industries is strongly preferred, this role is designed for consultants eager to build broader cross-functional expertise through hands-on engagements,

coaching, and internal training. We are looking for a business advisor to advise ownership and leaders on profitability improvement, revenue growth and leadership.
You understand how core business functions such as Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Administration, Sales and Procurement interact to drive performance, and you act on that understanding to deliver bottom-line results. This is a high-autonomy role for someone who leads with credibility, owns their engagements end to end, and measures success by the real-world results they leave behind.

MNP is a proudly Canadian, leading national accounting, tax, and business advisory firm. Entrepreneurial to our core, our professionals help mid-market organizations transform challenges into opportunities and drive sustainable performance improvements.

  • Lead change from design through full adoption, implementing the people, process, and communication changes that make improvements stick
  • Drive adoption actively at all levels, maintaining momentum when resistance is high, priorities shift, or the organization is under stress

Client Relationship Management

  • Build trusted relationships with owner-operators and senior leadership, positioning yourself as an advisor who delivers, not just recommend
  • Navigate ambiguity confidently, framing clear options and guiding clients through decisions that are often without precedent in their organization

  • Strong functional expertise in at least one of the following areas:
