Job Description

Raise is building a pipeline of Process Improvement professionals to support operational transformation and service optimization initiatives.


What You’ll Work On

  • Analyze and map business processes to identify inefficiencies
  • Develop SOPs, workflows, and documentation
  • Lead Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to improve performance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process improvements
  • Track KPIs and performance metrics


Must-Have Skills

  • Experience in process improvement, operations, or transformation
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams


Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Lean Six Sigma certification
  • Experience with tools like ServiceNow
