Job Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Seasonal Jewelry Consultant and bring sparkle and style to our customers during the bustling holiday season! In this lively role, you’ll serve as the shining ambassador for our jewelry collections, providing exceptional customer service while showcasing our latest pieces. Your enthusiasm, product knowledge, and sales skills will help create memorable shopping experiences that keep customers coming back. Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and engage them with enthusiasm to create a welcoming shopping atmosphere
  • Demonstrate jewelry products through engaging and informative product demos, highlighting features and benefits
  • Assist customers with selecting jewelry pieces that suit their style and occasion, offering personalized recommendations
  • Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently
  • Upsell additional jewelry items or accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
  • Maintain attractive visual merchandising and ensure jewelry displays are well-organized and appealing
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, offering product information, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
  • Handle phone inquiries professionally using proper phone etiquette, directing calls as needed

Experience

  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customers
  • Technical sales experience or familiarity with product demos enhances your ability to educate customers effectively
  • Demonstrated organizational skills to manage time efficiently during busy periods
  • Basic math skills for cash handling, POS operations, and transaction accuracy
  • Customer service background with a focus on building rapport and upselling opportunities
  • Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm
