Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and customer service, with the ability to effectively communicate and engage with clients. This role involves providing product demonstrations, assisting customers with their inquiries, and driving sales through exceptional service and upselling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Utilize effective communication skills to explain product offerings clearly and persuasively.
• Assist in merchandising efforts by organizing displays and maintaining an attractive retail environment.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
• Employ basic math skills for processing sales and managing inventory levels.
• Manage time efficiently to meet customer needs while maintaining a productive workflow.
• Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance.
• Upsell products based on customer needs and preferences, contributing to increased sales revenue.

Experience

• Proven experience in retail sales or technical sales is preferred, showcasing a successful track record in achieving sales goals.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is advantageous for efficient transaction processing.
• Strong organizational skills are essential for managing multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
