WK Chan Jewellers is growing our team and looking for a Part-Time Jewellery Sales Associate to join our store.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, professional, reliable, and comfortable working with customers in a personalized retail environment. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys helping clients, building relationships, and learning about fine jewellery and diamonds.

Jewellery experience is an asset, but it is not required. Candidates with strong retail, sales, hospitality, fashion, or customer-service experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers throughout their shopping experience
• Help clients select jewellery, engagement rings, gifts, and other pieces based on their needs and budget
• Provide knowledgeable and professional customer service
• Build relationships with new and returning clients
• Learn about diamonds, gemstones, precious metals, and our jewellery collections
• Assist with custom jewellery and repair inquiries
• Maintain clean, organized, and attractive showcases
• Process sales and assist with general store operations
• Follow store procedures for merchandise handling, inventory, and security
• Work closely with the rest of the sales team

• Ability to work independently as well as with a team
• Previous retail or sales experience required
• Fine jewellery experience is considered an asset but is not required

Availability

This is a part-time position. We are looking for someone with flexible availability who can work a combination of weekday, evening, and weekend shifts depending on store needs.
