Full job description

Rebel Industrial Coatings is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team for an 18–24-month maternity leave contract.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service, and supporting daily office operations.

What We Offer

Responsibilities

· Greet customers and answer phones

· Manage emails and data entry

· Maintain records using Microsoft Excel

· Create customer orders

· Receiving documentation

· Inventory tracking and reporting

· Payroll time entry & corrections

· Onboarding

· General administrative support

Qualifications

· Previous administrative experience

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

· High attention to detail

· Payroll and basic accounting experience are considered assets
