Job Title: Payroll and Office Administrator

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll and Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing using Easy Pay Payroll and experience with Time Guardian, Sage 300 for Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP). This role will also involve responsibilities related to health and safety compliance within the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Payroll Administration:**
- Process payroll using Easy Pay Payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, including deductions, benefits, and timekeeping data.

- **Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable:**
- Manage accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, payment tracking, and customer follow-up.
- Oversee accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices.
- Reconcile AR/AP accounts and assist with month-end financial reporting.

- **Health and Safety:**
Responsible for managing the administration of health and safety benefits.

**Administrative Support:**
- Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and managing office communications.
-Take the lead in the onboarding process for new hires and with benefits administration.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate office maintenance as needed.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or in a similar role, with a focus on Easy Pay Payroll.
- Proficiency in Sage 300 for AR/AP functions is required.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.

- Experience with Time Guardian
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in payroll management, accounting, or human resources is a plus.
- Experience in a similar industry or office environment
