Full job description

Hi my name is Nicolae-Rares Necula but you can call me Nick. I am the owner of Asphalt WorkX ltd. We specialize in doing residential/commerical driving sealing and residential paving. We currently run a 5 man crew and are looking to add one more with the necessary skill sets. You must be open to any other task that can come up and to be able to devote the entire season to work disregarding personal life. Meaning we want serious workers . We primarily focus on doing residential and commercial sealing and are slowly getting into residential paving so having asphalt experience is a huge bonus to help us build this division.

We are looking for someone with a minimum A restricted class license.

You will also need a dangerous good license if you don't have one, you can get one online in one day and we can help you do that.

You must be able to speak English very well and be able to have very good customer skills with a hint of sales ability . Speaking Spanish is also a huge attribute as well as any other language.

You must be able to get to 1285 Mayfield road Brampton by yourself and on time every day needed which is everyday. If possible it would be even better to move into this address for the season (rent is 500 a month plus 33$ utilities)

You will not to be allowed to take a day off unless I say so.

Hours expected to work are roughly 10 hours a day.

You will be hired as an independent contractor and be paid cash.

You'll also be expected to help out with the labor not just drive around

Starting wage is $25 an hour

Criminal record check will be done (I believe in forgiveness, this is not a big one but still got to check)
