Why Join BoomerangFX?

BoomerangFX isn’t just a company— it’s a movement redefining how private pay healthcare practices operate. Recognized as one of North America’s Fastest Growing Tech Companies two years in a row by Deloitte’s Fast 500 program ranking 6th in Canada and 23rd in North America. We are a global leader in practice management software and digital marketing solutions. Our growth trajectory of over 8000% is matched by our ambition to disrupt and dominate the healthcare technology landscape.

With headquarters in Miami and offices spanning Canada, the UK, Australia, and Barbados, BoomerangFX is a global enterprise backed by international private equity and poised for IPO. We’re honored as Gartner’s Disruptor of the Year and have built a recession-resilient business model in a rapidly expanding market.

BoomerangFX empowers healthcare professionals in medspas, cosmetic surgery, dermatology, dental, vision clinics, and other private-pay industries with an integrated SaaS platform for practice management, EMR, scheduling, lead generation, and digital marketing. Our solutions help hundreds of clinics grow revenue, streamline operations, and enhance patient experience.

Role Overview:

The Senior Clinic Operations Manager – Product Specialist partners directly with Account Executives to deliver structured, outcome-driven product demonstrations that accelerate deal velocity and increase close rates. This role is the product authority in the room—responsible for translating BoomerangFX’s platform into clear business outcomes: more leads, higher conversions, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.

This is not a support role. It is a revenue-critical, pre-sales role measured by closed-won outcomes.

We are seeking a proven clinic operations leader with direct experience managing multi-provider practices, owning EMR workflows, patient intake, scheduling, billing, and the end-to-end patient experience. This individual acts as the clinical and operational authority in sales demos and customer discussions, translating real-world clinic pain points into clear software value and commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pre-Demo Strategy & Alignment

  • Partner with AEs to align on deal stage, personas, decision criteria, and top business problems to solve
  • Understand the prospect’s current tech stack (EMR, CRM, marketing tools, ads) and workflow gaps
  • Tailor demo flow based on practice type, growth stage, and operational/revenue constraints

2. High-Impact Demo Execution

  • Lead structured, outcome-focused demos with clear ROI and operational value
  • Showcase end-to-end workflows: lead capture → engagement → booking → patient journey → retention
  • Position BoomerangFX as a single growth engine and translate features into revenue lift, efficiency, and conversion gains

3. Product & Technical Authority

  • Act as the product expert on integrations, workflows, implementation, and compliance
  • Confidently handle objections around complexity, existing tools, and ROI timelines
  • Reinforce real-world usability and operational impact, not just demo functionality

4. Deal Acceleration & Close Support

  • Support AEs on follow-ups, technical validation calls, and proposal alignment
  • Reinforce value during decision stages and tailor solutions to client workflows
  • Drive stronger demo-to-close conversion, shorter sales cycles, and consistent deal quality

Success Metrics

  • Demo-to-close conversion rate and win rate on supported deals
  • Average sales cycle duration and deal size (ACV)
  • AE satisfaction and enablement feedback

Ideal Background

  • 5–8+ years in Product Specialist, Pre-Sales, Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or clinic operations leadership
  • Proven experience managing clinic operations, EMR workflows, patient intake, scheduling, billing, and end-to-end patient experience
  • Ability to act as a clinical/operational authority and translate real-world pain points into software value and ROI
  • Experience with healthcare SaaS, MedSpa, EMR, CRM, or Martech platforms and private-pay revenue workflows

Preferred: Background in private-pay healthcare such as aesthetics/medspa, dental, optometry, cosmetic surgery, wellness, or similar environments.

Comfortable presenting to owners, clinicians, surgeons, practice managers, and marketing leaders.

University degree preferred (engineering or business).

Core Competencies

  • Executive-level communication and structured storytelling
  • Confident, high-impact live demo delivery
  • Strong commercial mindset and understanding of deal cycles
  • Ability to simplify complex systems into clear business outcomes
