We pride ourselves on sourcing the freshest local ingredients, supporting our farmer friends, and importing exceptional products from Italy. At Nook, we serve our best in every dish—antipasto, housemade pasta and pizza—and pour great wine from small, passionate vineyards.

  • Maintain organization, cleanliness, and efficiency at your assigned station.
  • Follow recipes, prep lists, and portion standards consistently.
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with chefs and fellow team members during service.
  • Maintain professionalism and focus in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
  • Support prep, station setup, and breakdown as needed.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and respectful kitchen culture.

  • Solid understanding of basic cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Strong attention to detail and a team-first mindset.
  • Passionate about food, teamwork, and continuous learning.
  • Flexibility to work full-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Must have reliable means of transportation to commute to and from the restaurant.
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada at the time of application.
