You’ll work as the second person on a two-man crew, assisting with roof repairs, material handling, and job-site support.

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys being outdoors, takes pride in quality workmanship, and values teamwork. You’ll help deliver tools and materials, assist with roof repairs, and ensure every job site runs smoothly and safely.

If you’re comfortable working at heights and want a career with a respected roofing company that values its people, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Safely drive company trucks to and from residential and commercial job sites.
  • Assist the Lead Service Technician with roof repairs, including leak fixes, flashing replacements, and shingle or membrane work.
  • Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment for each project.
  • Maintain safety standards on every job — including proper ladder setup and use of fall protection.
  • Keep vehicles organized, stocked, and clean.
  • Take before-and-after job photos and assist with job documentation.
  • Communicate clearly with your team and office staff to support smooth project execution.

What We’re Looking For

  • Valid G-Class Ontario driver’s license with a clean abstract.
  • Comfortable working at heights (safety training provided).
  • 1+ year of experience driving company vehicles or pickups with trailers preferred.
  • Previous roofing, construction, or general labor experience is an asset.
  • Physically capable of lifting and moving up to 50 lbs.
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded.
  • Team player who communicates well and takes direction.
  • Basic smartphone/app skills for job photos and notes.

What We Offer

  • Competitive hourly pay ($21–$26/hr, based on experience)
  • Overtime pay
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including:
  • Extended health, dental, and vision care
  • Life insurance
  • RRSP matching
  • Company events and recognition programs
  • Steady, full-time hours with opportunities to grow in the roofing trade
