You'll be responsible for the safe transportation, delivery, assembly, and in-home placement of premium furniture, ensuring every delivery is completed with care, professionalism, and attention to detail. Working alongside a delivery partner, you'll safely operate a company delivery truck, complete scheduled delivery routes, and provide exceptional in-home service while treating every customer's home with the utmost respect.

What You’ll Do

  • Safely load, transport, and deliver furniture to customer homes following scheduled routes
  • Handle all furniture with care to prevent damage during loading, unloading, and setup
  • Assemble, place, and position furniture according to customer requests and company standards
  • Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner, creating a positive delivery experience
  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding delivery timelines, setup, and basic product questions
  • Address delivery-related concerns or challenges calmly, using problem-solving skills and professionalism
  • Complete delivery documentation (electronic or paperwork), signatures, and condition reports
  • Work collaboratively with delivery partners, warehouse staff, and store teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Perform pre and post delivery vehicle inspections, daily
  • Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
  • Maintain a clean, organized delivery truck, warehouse space, and work environment

What You’ll Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in furniture delivery, moving, warehousing, logistics, or a physically demanding customer-facing role
  • A customer-first mindset with a strong commitment to professional, respectful in-home service
  • Experience interacting directly with customers and resolving delivery-related questions or concerns
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with delivery partners and store teams
  • Familiarity with delivery documentation, basic mobile devices, or routing systems an asset
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate deliveries, documentation, and order verification
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, physically active environment while meeting schedules and safety standards

  • Compensation for this role ranges from $23 - $25 per hour and is based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
