Overview

Join our growing, fast-paced pizza restaurant! We’re looking for a reliable, energetic leader who enjoys working with people, takes pride in quality, and thrives in a busy kitchen. If you’re ready to lead a team, learn new skills, and grow into a management role, we’d love to meet you.

Duties

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations and lead the team during shifts.
  • Prepare pizzas and catering orders to our quality standards.
  • Open and close the restaurant.
  • Manage staff scheduling, drivers, and delivery flow.
  • Monitor inventory and communicate needs
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
  • Assist with hiring, training, and coaching team members.
  • Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and company standards are maintained.

Qualifications:

  • Previous restaurant supervisory or management experience preferred but not required!
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to learn our pizza-making methods.
  • Available for evenings and weekends as needed.
