Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and personable Retail Sales Associate Keyholder to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, assisting with day to day store operations, and supporting sales initiatives. As a keyholder, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth store operations and delivering an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs, including product demonstrations and technical sales.
• Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures as a keyholder.
• Handle POS transactions, cash handling, and cashiering duties accurately and efficiently.
• Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and meet sales goals.
• Maintain merchandising standards, organize product displays, and ensure the store is clean and inviting.
• Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits of various items.
• Provide excellent customer service through active listening, effective communication, and phone etiquette.
• Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and organizing merchandise.
• Support team members with training on sales techniques and product knowledge as needed.

Skills

• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Experience in retail sales, merchandising, or pet store sales preferred.
• Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills for transactions.
• Ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and store maintenance.
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours.
• Customer service orientation with friendly phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
