Flak'd Burger — Mississauga (Ridgeway Plaza) Pay: $17.60 - $20.00/hr + tips Hours: Days, evenings, and late nights (open until 12 AM). Weekend availability required.

The Standard

Flak'd is a 4.9-star, high-volume craft burger shop. We do beef ground in-house daily, double-smashed for a lacy crust on screaming hot flat-tops, served on hand-laminated parathas. We move fast, and we take the craft seriously. A burger built sloppy is a burger sent back.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Commercial Kitchen & Grill Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-casual kitchen. Commercial flat-top grill experience is a major asset and a priority for line positions.
  • Late-Night Reliability: We close at midnight. You must have a guaranteed, reliable way to get home post-close.
  • Speed under Pressure: You must stay fast, calm, and accurate when the kitchen screen (KDS) fills up.
  • Clean Habits: Absolute commitment to a "clean-as-you-go" line.
  • Physical Stamina: Able to stand for full shifts and lift up to ~25 kg.

What You'll Do

  • The Line & Grill: Execute our high-heat, hard-press smash technique on the flat-top, or build burgers exactly to the recipe card.
  • Prep from Scratch: Hand-bread fresh chicken breasts, portion beef, mix our five house sauces, and keep the line fully stocked.
  • Own Your Station: Maintain strict food safety standards (temps, allergens) and execute thorough closing deep cleans.
