Full job description

Job Summary:
Established flooring store seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team for 30-35 hrs/week. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks related to warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, and receiving. The ideal candidate will have forklift experience, as well as strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Perform order fulfillment duties accurately and efficiently
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and stock items in designated locations
- Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as assigned

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a warehouse
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods of time
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Valid forklift certification is required.

- Valid drivers license is required.
