Full job description

We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Part-Time Sales Associate to join our energetic toy store team! If you love working with people, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and have a playful personality, we'd love to meet you!

Main Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
  • Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling and credit transactions
  • Merchandising and maintaining attractive floor displays and racks
  • Restocking shelves and organizing products
  • Process returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently while adhering to store policies
  • Working collaboratively as part of a fun and supportive team

What We're Looking For:

  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • MUST be available to work weekends
  • Set schedule will be: Thurs 10-545, Fri 10-545, Sat 10-515 OR Fri 10-545, Sat 10-515, Sun 11-415
  • This is NOT a summer position - we’re looking for a permanent year-round member of our team
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Ability to work well under pressure, demonstrating time management
  • A focus on delivering excellent customer service
