Roles and Responsibilities

  • Maximize visibility of our brands through shelf placement, signage, and display execution.
  • Execute plan-o-grams and product rotations to ensure optimal stock levels and visual appeal.
  • Build strong relationships with store managers and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance and address any merchandising challenges.
  • Track and report merchandising activity, including promotional efforts and administrative tasks.
  • Represent Concord National’s values and culture with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Who You Are:

  • You have 2+ years of merchandising or retail experience.
  • You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and take initiative without needing to be micromanaged.
  • You enjoy building relationships and take pride in providing top-notch service.
  • You're tech-comfortable, with basic proficiency in tools like Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • You have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Travel Requirements

  • You'll spend around 85% of your time on the road, 15% home office visiting stores in your assigned territory (no overnight travel required).

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to lift up to 20 lbs and stay active on your feet for up to 5 hours at a time.
  • Frequent bending, lifting, and moving of displays or product.
