Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Guest Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to manage front desk operations in a fast-paced environment. Previous hotel or hospitality experience is a plus, but not mandatory for motivated applicants. The Guest Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining guest satisfaction and supporting overall operations.

Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
  • Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, reservations, and guest requests
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled efficiently
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns with tact and professionalism
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and data entry
  • Support the front desk team during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
  • Uphold hotel policies and standards related to guest services and hospitality

Skills

  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
  • Experience working at a front desk or in hospitality settings preferred
  • Ability to operate multi-line phone systems efficiently
  • Knowledge of guest services and hospitality best practices
  • Organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
