Remote Customer Support Representative

Location: Remote / Work From Home (Canada)
Opportunity Type: Customer Service Representative
Schedule: Flexible Hours – Weekday & Weekend Availability
Compensation: Starting from $17 per hour

Opportunity Overview

We are currently seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to provide remote customer support services for well-known client programs through the Arise platform.

This is an independent contractor opportunity, offering the flexibility to work from home and select service hours that fit your schedule. As a Customer Support Representative, you will assist customers by handling inbound and outbound interactions, resolving inquiries, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and courteous customer support
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Follow client guidelines, procedures, and quality standards
  • Deliver a positive customer experience during every interaction
  • Meet client performance and attendance expectations

Requirements Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Students and seasonal applicants are welcome to apply

Experience

  • Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Technical Requirements

  • Personal laptop or desktop computer (mandatory)
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection with Ethernet capability (mandatory)
  • USB headset with microphone (recommended)
  • Quiet and professional workspace suitable for customer interactions

Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer and typing proficiency
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Compensation & Scheduling

  • Earnings start from $17 per hour depending on the client program
  • Flexible scheduling based on your availability
  • Service hours are selected according to client availability and business needs
  • Weekday and weekend opportunities may be available

Training & Enrollment

  • Training Fees depends on the opportunitity you are enroll for.
  • Successful applicants must complete an assessment before enrollment
  • A $20 client enrollment fee may apply and will be reimbursed after successfully attending the first day of training
  • Training lasts approximately three weeks and is unpaid

Independent Contractor Information

This opportunity is offered as an independent contractor position and not as an employee role. Contractors receive gross earnings and are responsible for their own tax reporting obligations. Applicable tax documentation will be provided .
