Duties

• Perform data entry tasks efficiently to update customer records, process transactions, and track interactions with precision
• Assist in upselling products or services by identifying customer needs and presenting relevant options confidently
• Support sales initiatives by promoting new offerings and encouraging repeat business through excellent service
• Maintain excellent phone etiquette to create a welcoming atmosphere for all callers
• Collaborate with team members to analyze customer feedback and improve service delivery continuously

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service roles with strong communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a significant advantage
• Demonstrated ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently under pressure
• Strong analysis skills to interpret customer needs and identify opportunities for upselling or problem resolution
• Knowledge of sales techniques and upselling strategies to enhance revenue opportunities
• Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to foster positive customer relationships
• Ability to work effectively in a multilingual environment, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and adaptability
• Basic understanding of analysis tools or software used for tracking customer interactions is preferred
