Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Server/Expo, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable dining experiences for our guests! In this vibrant role, you’ll serve delicious food with enthusiasm, ensure timely food delivery from kitchen to table, and coordinate seamlessly between the kitchen and front-of-house. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will help foster a welcoming environment, making every guest feel valued and cared for. Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Squirrel POS or similar platforms
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring presentation quality and proper timing from kitchen to table
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, acting as the link between culinary team and guests
  • Clear tables promptly, maintain cleanliness in dining areas, and assist with food handling and meal preparation when needed
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures
  • Support food safety standards by adhering to proper sanitation, cleaning protocols, and food handling regulations
  • Communicate effectively with guests to address questions or concerns, providing exceptional guest services that enhance overall satisfaction

Skills

  • Proven experience in food service, restaurant operations, or hospitality environments
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
  • Knowledge of food preparation, serving techniques, and food safety practices
  • Experience operating POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cashiering tools
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills to interact clearly with guests and team members
  • Kitchen experience or hotel background is a plus, along with barista experience or bar service knowledge
  • Familiarity with cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards
