Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food items, assisting with meal assembly, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, excellent food safety practices, and experience working in a fast-paced restaurant setting. This position offers an opportunity to develop culinary skills and contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Duties

  • Prepare ingredients and assist with food preparation according to recipes and quality standards
  • Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining consistency and presentation standards
  • Assist in plating dishes for service, ensuring timely delivery to guests
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Maintain proper food handling procedures during all stages of meal preparation
  • Assist with inventory management, including stocking and organizing supplies
  • Support the kitchen team during busy hours by performing various prep tasks as needed
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned, sanitized, and properly stored after use

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
