Looking for extra income with a flexible schedule? Mad Mexican is looking for enthusiastic, food-loving Brand Ambassadors to represent our brand primarily at in-store demos, around Guelph. This role is key to creating memorable customer experiences and building meaningful connections with our community.

About the Role

As a Brand Ambassador, you'll be the face of Mad Mexican mainly at in-store demo events, with occasional Farmers Market appearances; engaging customers, sharing our brand story, and gathering insights that help improve our products and market strategy.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Represent Mad Mexican primarily at in-store demo events, meeting sales goals and engaging customers
  • Use QR codes and surveys to gather customer feedback and market insights
  • Accurately record daily sales and complete required event reports
  • Set up, dismantle, pack, and transport demo equipment (20–50 lbs)
  • Conduct inventory checks of products and equipment at events

What You Will Bring

  • Ability to reliably commute to event locations across Guelph
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
  • Full availability for weekend shifts
  • Access to a cellular device with internet for on-site communication
  • Spanish language ability (preferred, not required)
  • Previous demo experience (preferred, not required)

Schedule & Compensation

  • Compensation: $21.00 per hour
  • Hours: Up to 20 hours per week
  • Shifts: Primarily in-store demos (weekends)
  • Job Type: Part-Time, In-Person, Seasonal
  • Location: Varies by event: Guelph area
