Job Title: Indo-Pakistani Cook (On-Call)

Job Overview

Our team is seeking a skilled and passionate Indo-Pakistani Cook to join our culinary team on an on-call basis. If you have experience preparing authentic Indian and Pakistani cuisine and enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen, we'd love to hear from you.

Schedule

  • On-Call
  • Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Compensation

  • Competitive base pay (based on experience)

Responsibilities

  • Prepare authentic Indian and Pakistani dishes while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Operate and manage tandoor cooking for breads and specialty dishes.
  • Prepare fresh Naan, Roti, Paratha, and Kulcha.
  • Prepare BBQ and grilled meats, vegetables, and other menu items.
  • Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen hygiene standards.
  • Work efficiently as part of the kitchen team during busy service periods.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an Indo-Pakistani Cook is required.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian and Pakistani cuisine.
  • Experience with:
  • Tandoori cooking
  • Naan, Roti, Paratha, and Kulcha preparation
  • BBQ and grill cooking
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Reliable and available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays on an on-call basis.
