Full job description

Job Summary

The Overnight Dishwasher keeps kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas clean and ready for service during the Winter Village. This overnight role supports an orderly, hygienic kitchen and helps colleagues begin their shifts with the tools they need.

The Winter Village runs from November 12 - January 3rd

The hours for these shifts would be from 7pm - 3am.

Duties

  • Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and food preparation equipment using established procedures.
  • Clean kitchen surfaces and floors, remove waste, and keep dishwashing areas organized throughout the shift.
  • Return clean items to designated storage areas and notify the team when supplies or equipment need attention.
  • Your impact: Clean, ready-to-use equipment helps kitchen colleagues prepare and serve food efficiently.

Requirements

Required: Practical cleaning skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow food-handling and sanitation procedures are essential for maintaining a safe, organized workspace. Preferred: Restaurant, kitchen, food service, hotel, or hospitality experience is helpful; familiarity with food preparation, cooking, or serving can support coordination with the wider team.

Pay: $17.95 per hour
