Charity Fundraiser

Company: North Point Marketing

Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Employee

Schedule:

  • Full-Time: Monday to Friday, 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM
  • Part-Time: Minimum 3 days per week

Compensation: Base Pay + Performance Bonuses + Daily Cash Incentives

($600 - $2,000+/week)

About the Role

As a Field Sales Representative, you will represent registered charitable organizations through face-to-face fundraising campaigns. Your primary responsibility will be engaging with members of the public, educating them about the charities we represent, and securing ongoing monthly donor support that helps fund critical programs and services.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop professional sales, communication, leadership, and public engagement skills while making a meaningful impact.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Conduct face-to-face fundraising conversations with potential donors
  • Represent respected charitable organizations through professional fundraising campaigns
  • Educate potential supporters about the charity's programs, initiatives, and impact
  • Build rapport and meaningful relationships with members of the public
  • Secure monthly donor commitments on behalf of registered charitable organizations
  • Accurately complete donor enrollment and campaign documentation
  • Learn proven communication, sales, and objection-handling techniques
  • Work closely with experienced sales leaders and mentors who are invested in your success
  • Contribute to a positive, energetic, and team-oriented culture

What We're Looking For

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Available full-time or part-time
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
  • Comfortable speaking with new people face-to-face
  • Previous sales, fundraising, customer service, hospitality, or leadership experience is an asset, but not required
  • Access to a vehicle is an asset, but not required
