Project Officer

Overview
We are seeking an organized and proactive Project Officer to support and coordinate projects across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Assist with project planning, documentation, and reporting.
  • Support teams throughout project lifecycles, from initiation to completion.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and help implement solutions.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal departments.
  • Maintain project records using project management tools and systems.
  • Support change management, process improvements, and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Experience in project coordination, project management, or a related role.
  • Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, PMBOK, or similar methodologies.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of risk management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.

Pay: $80,550.00-$90,500.00 per year
