Living Harmony Landscapes provides our clients with holistic, professional, and ecological horticultural services. Our work is driven by a genuine love for plants and a dedication to using sustainable gardening practices that mimic natural systems. While our core business is high-care garden maintenance for a loyal base of clients, we also offer garden renovations, installations, consultations, and personalized coaching.

We are looking to grow our field team this year! We are seeking a passionate Part-Time Gardener to work alongside our crew. Because we value work-life harmony, we are completely flexible on which days you work—we are happy to tailor the schedule to fit the right person's life. As our relationship develops, there is also ample room for this position to grow into a full-time role, if desired.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Shares our obsession: You have a genuine love and excitement for ecological horticulture and plant health.
• Has a solid foundation: You bring a minimum of one season of experience in the landscape industry or experience in a similar fast-paced, highly physical outdoor environment (like farming or tree-planting).
• Is logistically ready: You hold a valid Class 5 driver’s licence and are willing to learn to drive with a trailer (we’ll train you if you aren't already experienced!).
• Has "Grit": You welcome the challenge of regular physical work and have the capacity to work efficiently in all weather conditions.
• Is a safe operator: You can utilize hand and power tools safely, efficiently, and precisely.
• Is an adaptable team player: You are self-motivated enough to work effectively alone or in small groups, with excellent time management skills.
• Is a great communicator: You value giving and receiving constructive feedback, practicing good self-care outdoors, and cultivating a healthy team culture.

• Wage: CA$28.00–CA$32.00/hour + bonus and overtime opportunities.
